Personal:

Thursday: I didn’t do much of anything. I think I waited around for my last Christmas present to come. It was a pretty boring day.

Friday: Miss R had her first dance. It was the school’s first-ever winter social. She wasn’t impressed with it. After we picked her up, she told us that she would have rather been horseback riding….lol.

Saturday and Sunday: Miss B got her glasses on Saturday. She was (actually is) thrilled with them. We also went grocery shopping on Saturday and bought ahead for Christmas dinner. Other than that, it was a pretty low-key weekend.

Monday: I had a stressful day and was running around all day. Plus, it was Monday….enough said.

Tuesday: It was alright. I did get talked to by one of our local police officers while I was waiting in the school pick-up line. He wanted me to move (which I couldn’t) and ended up yelling at me. It stressed me so much that I am getting to the school extra early and sitting in the parking lot until 320 next year. And when she’s in 4th grade, she’s taking the bus home.

Reading:

• The longest book I read this week: Mind Strings. I couldn’t get into the book, and it took me a couple of days to read.

• The shortest book I read this week: Signs of Portents. This book was fantastic, and I couldn’t read it fast enough!!

• I am still going through my want-to-read shelf. I am still adding books to Kindle Unlimited or Downloaded to Kindle shelves. It’s a bit tedious, but all the books will be separated once I’m done.

• I have decided to read some of my TBR books (see the previous paragraph). I have a few KU books I don’t need to review, plus everything on my Kindle shelf. I’ll start reading my January TBR later on next week.

What I am currently reading:
